価値観を変えた考え方

来社されたお客様と話していると、

「業況が良いと #妬んでくる方や #嫉妬し

周りに悪い事を言う方いたりしませんか？」

このような質問を結構な回数頂戴します。

たしかにここ数年は明らかに多いです。

さらに、間違いなく弊社を意識した発言や

これまで弊社が取り組んだ行動を

同じようにされていると分かります。

このような機会があると分かったとき、

昔はあまり気持ちが良いものではないと

捉えることが多かったような気がします。

ただ、これまで気にもされてこなかった

弊社を気にしてくれることの現れです。

しかし逆に考えてみると、

至る所で弊社の名前を出し弊社の #営業として

しかも無料で対応してくれていることに

気が付いてしまい、感謝するようになりました。

この考えに気付いた時、楽に思い切り仕事が

できるようになった瞬間だと本気で思います。

協力会社G様がお会いする度に話されます。

「そんな風に考えられるような相手とは

絶対に戦いたくないですね(笑)」

と高い評価で褒めてくださいます。

When talking with customers who visit our company,

I often get asked questions like,

‘When business is going well, don’t you sometimes have people who get jealous and spread bad things about you?’

I get this quite a few times.

Indeed, in recent years, it’s clearly more common.

Moreover, it’s obvious that some comments are made with our company in mind,
or that they are mimicking the actions our company has taken so far.

When I realized there would be such situations,
I think I used to often feel uncomfortable about it.

However, this is actually a sign that people are paying attention to our company,
which is something that hadn’t really happened before.

On the other hand, thinking about it differently,
I realized that they’re bringing up our company’s name everywhere,
acting as our unofficial marketers,
and doing it all for free.
Once I noticed that, I started feeling grateful.

I truly believe that the moment I noticed this was the moment I could work freely and comfortably.

Whenever we meet, one of our partner companies, G, always says,
‘I’d never want to compete with someone who can think that way (laughs).’

They really praise us highly.
