弊社内設置の自動販売機

どこの企業にも置いてある飲料の自動販売機。

ただ置いてあるだけではつまらないので

何か利用できないかと考え実行してみたのが

熱中症予防に役立ててしまおうという企画。

低価格で提供販売を今年も実施しております。

社内の冷蔵庫に『ご自由にどうぞ』と飲料を

提供する方法も考えたのですが、

この方法では絶対に偏りが起きます。

置いてある飲料を無限に取れる方がいる一方、

中々取りづらい方もいるはずです。

福利サービスの不公平は許したくないために

低価格で提供しており、大変好評です。

この飲料の話は他の事にも通じる事で、

企業内で不公平なことは多々起こり得ます。

・同じ社員同士を比較し自分ばかりが忙しい

・仕事ができるせいで大変な仕事をふられる

・社内規則を守る方と守らない方の評価差

・仕事をしようとしている方の足を引っ張る

それなのに評価されなければ嫌になります。

大変な仕事をしている方に正しい評価を

心掛ければ本人のやりがいだけでなく、

会社へ送り出すご家族の理解に繋がります。

仕事を常習的にさぼる方、仕事ができない方と

差別化した評価をする事で優秀な社員の離職を

防ぐ事ができます。

今後も社内の環境整備を続けてまいります。

Vending machines with drinks can be found in every company.

Just having them there is kind of boring, so I thought about how we could make use of them and decided to try a project to help prevent heatstroke.

We’ve been offering drinks at low prices again this year.

We also thought about putting drinks in the office fridge with a ‘Help yourself’ sign,

but this method would definitely lead to imbalance.

Some people might take as many drinks as they want,

while others might find it hard to get any.

Because we don’t want unfairness in employee benefits,

we offer drinks at low prices, and it’s very popular.

This story about drinks also applies to other situations –

unfairness can happen a lot inside a company.

– Comparing yourself to other employees and feeling like you’re the only one busy
– Getting tough tasks just because you’re capable
– Differences in evaluation between those who follow the rules and those who don’t
– People who are trying to work being held back by others

And if you’re not recognized for your efforts, it feels discouraging.

By giving proper recognition to those doing tough work, it not only boosts their motivation,

but also helps their families understand and support them.

Evaluating employees in a way that distinguishes those who regularly slouch off or can’t get work done

can prevent talented employees from leaving.

We will continue to improve the work environment within the company from now on.
