否定や批判を糧に。

先日掲載したH社長との会話で話された一部内容です。

自分のこと・自分の会社を否定や批判をされると

ネガティブな気持ちになる方や自信を失くす方が

結構いらっしゃるようです。

たしかに否定されると嫌な気持ちになりますが

そのまま落ち込んでいると相手の思い通りです。

何もせず相手に満足されるくらいであれば、

逆に勢いを増して行動し、これまで以上の結果を

出すことをH社長同様に弊社も心がけています。

例えば、会社の方針に批判や否定されたのであれば

・これまで以上に会社を発展・拡大させる

・さらに多くの企業と取引し、協力会社様を増やす

・入社したい希望者を増やし人材確保が容易な状況を

　社内外に発信

・少数の否定派より多数の肯定派がいる事実を公表

・弊社を評価し支援していただける金融機関様と協調

もし間違っているのであればこれらは実行できません。

この状況のH社長は、少数の否定派が名前を無料で

営業してくれることに感謝されていました。

H社長同様にポジティブ経営を実行してまいります。

This is an excerpt from a conversation I recently had with President H.

It seems that quite a few people feel negative or lose confidence

when they or their companies face criticism or rejection.

While being rejected is certainly unpleasant,

staying downcast only plays right into the other party’s hands.

Rather than doing nothing and letting them have the satisfaction,

we—like President H—strive to channel that energy into action

and achieve even greater results than before.

For instance, if our company policy faces criticism or rejection, we might:

・Grow and expand the company further than ever

・Increase the number of business partners and collaborators

・Attract more job applicants, making talent acquisition easier

・Recognize the fact that our supporters far outnumber our detractors

・Strengthen ties with financial institutions that value and support us

We would be unable to achieve these things if we were truly in the wrong.

In this situation, President H was actually grateful that the small group of detractors

was essentially providing free publicity for his business.

We, too, are committed to practicing this kind of positive management.
