勤務先の選択

先日お会いした方から、自分が働く会社の優先すべき

条件を複数伺いました。

まずは自分を評価してくれるかどうか。

自分の能力を高く評価してくれるなら給与に反映される

のが当然。

毎年会社の売上が上がっているか。

会社は売上と利益を求める組織のため、減収などは論外で

現状維持なら自分が会社にいる魅力がない。

社員同士が仲良くあるべきなど、学校のような甘い考えを

経営者が語ったりせず、数字で評価してくれる。

社員から会社に不満や自分都合の改善策があった場合に

会社はぶれない対応を実施し、合わない社員に対しては

毅然とした態度を貫く。

数字で結果を出した社員を評価してくれる。

会社への文句のような理想ばかり主張し、

会社の時間を無駄に使う社員や実績すらない社員に

対して、本人が希望する理想の会社への転職や起業の

提案を促すことで、会社の無駄な時間を省き働く環境を

良くするために動いてくれる会社。

こんな風に考えてくれる社員さんばかりが集まってくれる

会社であれば、会社の発展は間違いないはずです。

I recently spoke with someone who outlined several key criteria they look for in an employer.

First is whether the company values ​​them.

If the company holds their abilities in high regard, it is only natural for that to be reflected in their salary.

Is the company’s revenue growing year over year?

Since a company exists to generate revenue and profit, a drop in sales is out of the question; merely maintaining the status quo offers no compelling reason to stay.

Management avoids “school-like” sentiments—such as the idea that employees must simply get along—and instead evaluates performance based on hard numbers.

When employees voice complaints or propose changes based solely on personal convenience, the company remains steadfast in its policies and maintains a firm stance with those who are not a good fit.

Employees who deliver results—backed by data—are duly recognized and rewarded.

For employees who do nothing but voice idealistic complaints and waste company time—or those who lack any track record of success—the company takes action to improve the work environment and eliminate wasted time by encouraging them to either start their own business or move to a company that better aligns with their ideals.

If a company can gather a workforce that shares this mindset, its future growth is all but guaranteed.

I intend to use these insights to guide my own management practices moving forward.
