新規協力会社様が来社されました

今月から弊社業務に車両を提供して下さる

運送会社様に来社いただきました。

両社について情報交換をさせていただく中で

大変数字に強い経営者様だと気付きました。

さらに経営や社員についての考え方も、

まるで私の話を聞いているかのように似ており、

ここ最近で一番驚き嬉しい気持ちになりました。

今回お話させていただいた企業様は景気が良く、

すでに今年６台増車する事が決まっており、

人材についても全く問題なく確保できる状況だと

仰っていました。

さらに今後も増車を進める計画があるようで、

弊社では可能な限り協力させていただきます。

不思議と、弊社の進み方に理解ある協力会社様は

人と車両が集まる傾向が流行しているようです。

大変興味深い事実です。

今回の企業様は増車と人材確保を進められ、

先日掲載させていただいたG様は毎日面接対応で

大変お忙しいようで、更に増車も決めたとの事。

両社様から減車の話など出ません。

前年比１４０％を目指す企業様は凄いですね・・・

人が集まる企業に対して妬む方がいるようですが

良い会社には良い人材が集まります。

This month, we had the pleasure of having the transportation company that will be providing vehicles for our operations come to our office.

While exchanging information about both companies, I realized that their management is really strong with numbers.

Moreover, their way of thinking about management and employees is so similar to mine, as if listening to my own ideas, which was the most surprising and delightful experience I’ve had recently.

The company we talked to is doing well financially and has already decided to increase their fleet by six vehicles this year. They also said that securing personnel is not an issue at all.

It seems they also have plans to expand their fleet further in the future, and we will cooperate as much as possible.

Curiously, it seems that partner companies who understand our way of doing things tend to attract both people and vehicles.

It’s a very interesting fact.

The company we spoke with is advancing with both fleet expansion and securing personnel, and the G company we posted about the other day has been extremely busy with daily interviews but has also decided to increase vehicles.

Neither company mentioned reducing their fleet. Companies aiming for 140% of last year’s performance are amazing…

Some people may envy companies that attract talented people, but good companies naturally attract good talent.

The manager said, ‘We don’t have trouble securing people, and most of the new hires are in their 20s to 30s.’

It’s clear that this company has the capacity to grow.
