日頃から大変お世話になっている複数の

協力会社様から素晴らしい話を伺いました。

一社様は毎日のように面接をされているとの事。

しかも一日に複数名の面接を実施されており、

魅力がある運送会社には集まるのだと学ばせて

いただきました。

この運送会社様には次月から三つの定期運行を

お願いすることとなっており、増車・増員が

全く問題ない企業のG様に感謝です。

もう一社様は、弊社案件を対応してみたところ

運行内容等含め大変喜んでいただき、さらに

増便対応させてほしいとお言葉を頂戴しました。

実際に運行していただいた運送会社様から

このような声を聞けたのは本当に嬉しいです。

毎日十台入れていただいても問題ないですと

H様にはお伝えしております。

さらに多くの案件を獲得して参りたいと存じます。

I’ve heard some amazing things from a few of our partner companies that we work closely with on a daily basis.

One company mentioned that they conduct interviews almost every day. On top of that, they handle multiple interviews in a single day, and I learned that talented transport companies naturally attract good candidates.

Starting next month, we will be asking this transport company to handle three regular routes, and I’m grateful to Company G for having no issues with increasing trucks or staff.

Another company tried handling one of our projects, and they were really pleased with how things went, including the operation details. They even said they’d like to take on additional trips. Hearing this kind of feedback from a transport company that actually did the work makes me really happy. I’ve told Company H that even if we sent ten trucks every day, it wouldn’t be a problem.
