４０代だからこそ挑戦

弊社社員の平均年齢は４０代前半です。

昨年社員数が大幅に増えたことにより、

平均年齢が大分若返り社内活性化されています。

代表である私の４２歳を基準にさせていただき

社員の平均年齢を私以下にする目標を昨年掲げ

全力で実行しております。

個人的に考えることがあり、４０代最強説です。

４０代は仕事をする上で必要な知識と経験を積み、

社内外で信用を得ることができています。

その上人脈もあり、体力的にも十分動き回れる。

４０代は無限に営業や仕事をする事ができます。

だから４０代がビジネスマンで最強だと考えます。

仕事に余力を残さず全力で取り組める経営者様、

厳しい時代を社員の為に他社との競争に挑む方には

同じように共感していただける方が集まります。

挑戦することなく自分の役職や立場の保身のみを

選択する方には同じ保守タイプしか集まりません。

皆さんも容易にイメージできると思います。

どのような４０代を過ごしたいのか、

将来を悩む方の選択肢になれば幸いです。

The average age of our employees is in the early 40s.

Due to a significant increase in the number of employees last year,

the average age has become considerably younger, revitalizing our company.

Using my age of 42 as the standard, as the representative,
we set a goal last year to have the average age of employees below my age,
and we are putting all our effort into achieving this.

Personally, I have a belief: the power of people in their 40s.
In their 40s, people have accumulated the knowledge and experience necessary for work,
and can earn trust both inside and outside the company.
Moreover, they have networks and physical stamina to move around sufficiently.
People in their 40s can engage in sales and work endlessly.
That is why I believe people in their 40s are the strongest business professionals.

Entrepreneurs who tackle their work with full effort without holding back,
and those who challenge competition with other companies for the sake of their employees
will naturally attract others who share the same sentiments.
Those who choose only to protect their own position or role without taking on challenges
will only attract others with the same conservative mindset.
I think everyone can easily imagine this.
I hope this can serve as a choice for those who are wondering
about how they want to spend their 40s and plan for the future.
