今後は、中東情勢緊迫にともなう原油高の影響が、

物流費や家計負担を押し上げるでしょう。

長期金利の上昇は設備投資や住宅投資の重荷となり、

急激な円安進行、原油や関連製品の供給制約が拡大、

景況感は厳しくなりそうです。

弊社本業の運送業を支える４本柱の

倉庫業・不動産業・自動車販売業・リース業にとって

大変厳しい時代ではあります。

この困難を乗り越えれられることができれば

事業を永続的に継続できるはずです。

Rising long-term interest rates are becoming a burden on capital investment and housing investment, the rapid depreciation of the yen and supply constraints on crude oil and related products are expanding, and the business outlook seems likely to worsen.

For the four pillars supporting our core transportation business—warehousing, real estate, automobile sales, and leasing—these are indeed very challenging times.

If we can overcome these difficulties, we should be able to continue our business on a sustainable basis.
