４月の総括。

新年度１ヶ月の弊社状況を振り返ります。

前年同月比で比較していきますと、

社員数については純増しております。

今後入社する予定の方を含めると、

既に弊社採用可能枠上限で推移。

取引先様数は５０％増加しております。

弊社への期待と実績がこのような状況に

押し上げてくださいました。

売上については上記要因から推測の通り

昨年実績以上の増加率を達成しております。

各事業責任者の能力が年々高まり、

これまで以上も成果を上げてくれています。

本人たちも楽しみながら仕事ができる環境に

満足していると報告を受けております。

原油供給不足・車両高騰など不安定な状況ですが、

仕事の時間以外を家族・友人・会食・ゴルフなどの

趣味に時間的、金銭的にかけられる余裕が社員に

うまれていて、大変喜ばしいことです。

今後も更に社員満足度を高めていくために、

５月以降も複数事業を加速化させてまいります。

Let’s review our company’s performance during the first month of the new fiscal year.

Comparing with the same month last year:

Our number of employees has increased net.

Including those scheduled to join us in the future,

we are already at our maximum hiring capacity.

Our number of clients has increased by 50%.

The expectations and achievements placed on our company have propelled us to this situation.

Regarding sales, as expected from the above factors,

we have achieved a growth rate exceeding last year’s performance.

The capabilities of each business unit manager are improving year by year,

and they are achieving even greater results than before.

We have received reports that they are satisfied with the environment in which they can enjoy their work.

Despite the unstable situation due to crude oil supply shortages and rising vehicle prices,

our employees now have the time and financial resources to dedicate to hobbies such as family, friends, dining out, and golf outside of work hours,

which is very gratifying.

To further increase employee satisfaction,

we will continue to accelerate multiple business operations from May onwards.
