今年度最後の社内ミーティング

毎月開催している社内ミーティングを開催しました。

社内外の情報を社員全員で共有する機会になります。

今後に向けて改善すべき事象の発生、

危険予知の共有、

現在進めている新規案件の状況、

今月、そして次月から入社する社員の紹介など

毎月社員が成長する機会になっております。

今年度同様、新年度から始動するプロジェクトが

開始されます。

開始日まであと２日。

引き続き準備を進めて参ります。

We held the monthly in-house meeting that we conduct every month.

It serves as an opportunity for all employees to share information both inside and outside the company.

Occurrences that need improvement moving forward,

sharing of hazard prediction,

the status of new projects currently underway,

and introductions of employees joining this month and next month

all serve as opportunities for employees to grow each month.

In particular, as in this fiscal year, new projects will start from the new fiscal year.

The start date is in two days.

We will continue to proceed with preparations.
