コスト削減方法

会社を経営する上で売上を上げる事と同様に

非常に大事なことがコスト削減です。

頭に浮かぶコストを挙げると、先ずは人件費

でしょうか。

次いで電気料や燃料費、車両代、修理代、高速料、

支払利息などが運送会社の大きなコストです。

しかし、かかるコストは仕方ないと考えられれば

前向きに売上を上げる事に専念できるものです。

売上を上げるために必要なコストがかかるから

新しい事をやらない、

そもそも失敗するリスクがあるからやらない、

教えてくれる人がいないからやらない、

この考えだと、売り上げを上げるのではなく、

コストを下げる手段しか考えられません。

会社を支えてくれる社員の為にも、

十分楽しんでもらえるような仕事環境を

整えて参ります。

Just as increasing sales is important in running a company, cost reduction is equally crucial.

When you think about costs, the first thing that comes to mind is probably labor expenses.

Next are electricity bills, fuel costs, vehicle expenses, repair costs, highway tolls, and interest payments, which are major costs for a transportation company.

However, if you accept that some costs are inevitable, you can focus positively on increasing sales.

If you think, ‘We won’t try something new because it requires costs necessary to increase sales,’ or, ‘We won’t do it because there’s a risk of failure,’ or, ‘We won’t do it because no one can teach us,’ this mindset only leads to finding ways to cut costs rather than increase revenue.

For the sake of the employees who support the company, we will continue to create a work environment where they can fully enjoy their work.
