Recently, I have been noticing an increase in people showing interest in our company. It’s not just me; our drivers have also noticed this. When washing cars at gas stations, it seems they are more frequently approached by drivers from other companies. The questions they ask usually concern whether we have any job openings, and when our employees come back, the drivers report these encounters cheerfully. With employees who are helping to elevate the company from the ground up and new talent naturally joining us, this current trend aligns perfectly with my ideal vision.
