取引先様が来社され、社員も同席した時の話です。

新しい事業への挑戦について社員への質問があり、

『難しいこと・大変なことにチャレンジできるのは

なぜですか？』

と聞かれた社員が

『他の会社ができているのであれば、自分もできると

常に考えているんです。』

その言葉を聞いて、最高の社員から最高の仲間に

なって欲しいのは、このタイプなんだと感じました。

一方、やりもしない・考えもしない・新しいことに挑まない

簡単な作業しかしない・サボることばかり探す、他人事、

でも文句やなぜ自分がやらなければならないのかなどの

不満しかでてこない方。

周囲に対し不満ばかり口に出して社内の雰囲気を乱す。

上記タイプは弊社に適合しません。

前途の方の思考を私も見習い、今後も更に未経験の分野に

挑戦して参ります。

This happened when a client visited our company and our employees were also present. One of our employees was asked about taking on new business challenges, “Why are you able to take on difficult and challenging challenges?” To that question, one of our employees replied, “I always think, ‘If other companies can do it, I can do it too.'” Hearing this, I realized that this type of person is the kind of person we want to transform from our best employees into our best colleagues. On the other hand, there are those who don’t do anything, don’t think about it, and never try new things. They only do simple tasks, always look for ways to slack off, and think it’s someone else’s problem. But there are also those who only complain and feel like they don’t know why they have to do things. They constantly complain to those around them, disrupting the atmosphere at work. These types are not a good fit for our company. I will emulate the mindset of the person in question and continue to take on new challenges in areas where I have no experience.
