締めくくりの一週間

気付いたら本当にあっという間です。

今年最後の一週間が開始されました。

皆さんはやり残したことはないでしょうか。

一年または今月の目標を立てられた方は達成したか

答えが間もなく出てしまいます。

私にはノルマがありまして、毎日の積み重ねによる

年間売り上げ目標を達成できるか、思い通りに

いかない自分と戦っております。

弊社は３月決算のため１２月末で締めませんが、

４月から１２月の進捗具合を数字で見てみると、

達成できるかどうか、全く余裕はありません。

そのぐらい厳しい水準で仕事をさせていただけると

いうことに感謝をしております。

毎年向上を目指す社員から

『昨年度比５％増加などでは全く足りない。

２０％を超えるのは当然だと考えている』と言われ

弊社も私も社員の後押しを受けつつ成長する機会を

頂戴しております。

改めて優秀な社員と出会えたことに

感謝申し上げます。

The final week of this year has begun.

Have you made sure that there’s nothing left undone?

For those who set goals for the year or this month, it’s almost time to see whether they’ve achieved them or not.

I have my own quota, and I’m constantly battling with myself over whether I can reach my annual sales target through daily efforts, often finding things don’t go as planned.

Since our company’s fiscal year ends in March, we don’t close at the end of December. But if we look at the progress from April to December in numbers, there’s no room to be complacent about whether we can achieve our goals.

I’m grateful that I get the chance to work at such a high and challenging level.

Every year, striving employees tell me things like, ‘An increase of 5% from last year is nowhere near enough. I believe surpassing 20% is the natural expectation.’ With their support, both our company and I have the opportunity to grow.

I am once again grateful for having met such outstanding employees.
